coaches as pitchers.

Prospect Division, ages 9-10, continues to build upon the fundamental skills introduced in coach pitch, and
introducing pitching skills.

Minor Division, ages 11-12, expands upon the skills learned in Prospect, as well as increasing the
understanding of position play and rules.

Major Division, ages 13-14, strengthen skills previously learned, and increase knowledge of strategy, and
prepare players to compete at a higher level.

Mission of BNBA

The mission of the BNBA is to provide a quality baseball program that will serve players of all abilities. We will
strive to provide a positive, rewarding, and competitive environment with an emphasis on teaching the
fundamentals and rules of the game. Everyone involved in the program should emphasize the importance of
teamwork, sportsmanship, loyalty, responsibility, and respect for one another and for the game, so that those
involved can grow to be better, stronger, and more productive citizens.
BNBA is a parent and volunteer organization that is committed to building an appreciation for the game of
baseball through quality coaching and parental involvement. It is the goal of BNBA to provide each child, regardless
of skill level, an opportunity to compete in baseball against other players of equal skill and grade. Our focus
is to encourage participation, develop character and discipline, promote teamwork, and advocate citizenship and
community pride. We are devoted to creating an environment where coaches, parents, fans, umpires, and
athletes work together to realize our key objective of providing an unforgettable baseball experience for everyone
by maintaining our goal of player development, healthy competition, and inclusivity.
