BNBA Gold Refund Policy

The BNBA has adopted the following policy regarding refunds for Gold player fees.  

After December 1 there will be no refunds of player fees whatsoever of any amount.

Which form of payment may be used for payment plans?

Note: Only Credit and/or Debit Cards may be used for Payment Plans. PayPal or ACH payments may not be used. Check payments may be accepted with prior league approval. Please contact your league treasurer or registrar.

How do I choose a payment plan for registration?

Individual Payment Plan Registrations are available for selection at initial player registration. Payments are automatically charged to the credit card on file on the specified dates.

For example:
  • 01 Varsity Registration Single (full) Payment
  • 02 Varsity Payment Plan 15th (billed middle of month)
  • 03 Varsity Payment Plan 31st (billed end of month)

May I pay-off the balance due?

Yes. Please contact your league treasurer or registrar. An administrator may take payment for the remaining balance due and apply either a credit card or check/cash payment to your account. Also please ask that reference payments must be disabled for your credit card on file

What if I don't want to pay online?

If you are worried about using your "credit card" online, we suggest using a pre-paid MasterCard or Visa card. Pre-paid cards will give you "peace-of-mind" and eliminate the burden of processing payments for administrators. Please be helpful and pay online. Note: Our online payment processor is safe and secure. All information is encrypted for your security.

May discounts be applied to payment plans?

Discount codes may be applied to an individual registration or payment item if your league is using any discounts.

May I change credit cards before my account is charged or the funds are withdrawn?

No. Currently, only an administrator may change the credit card on file. You must request the change by contacting your league administrator with new card details. Please contact your league treasurer or registrar.

May an Administrator change a credit card before my account is charged or the funds are withdrawn?

Yes. An administrator may change a credit card on file for future payments and reference transactions associated with your original registration order. Please contact your league treasurer or registrar.
